Over the first six weeks, we received a project to teach the atom and the periodic table through a smart board activity (not posted). We made a document in google docs and a presentation in google apps (posted) that we showed before the smart board activity in order to explain the needed information to do the activity. The students responded well to the activity, and they seemed to understand the notes they took from the presentation and the document.
